Small piece cotton fabric
Embroidery floss, variegated brights
Embroidery needle

Iron
Instructions:
Iron flower appliques to garments.
Make French knots with floss around appliques.
Tips:
Refer to photo for placement.
Cover applique with clean cotton fabric when ironing to protect the applique and garment under it.
Set the iron temperature no higher than the garment fabric can stand.
To make a French knot: bring needle and floss all the way up through the garment. Using the floss at the surface of the garment, wrap around needle three times. Stitch back through garment very close to point where floss originally came up. Pull floss snuggly.
